Rates

There are basically two different rate structures:

Per Project Rates - for the one-time or occasional project

Retainer Rates - for ongoing, month to month assistance

Rates vary depending on nature and complexity of project...

Retainer Programs

Plan A - PAYG - Pay-As-You- Go - For clients who are not sure how much time they will need each month

Plan B - Discount plan for customers needing 10 hours per month.

Plan C - Discount plan for customers needing 20 hours per month.

Plan D - Discount plan for customers needing 40 hours or more per month.

Additional plans may be negotiated to better suit the needs of the client.

Specials

We shall, in recognition of our professional obligation to our clients:

Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of all information entrusted to us;

Avoid conflicts of interest and insure that our client is aware of any potential conflicts;

Protect the proper interests of our client at all times;

Refrain from using the resources of our clients for personal gain or for any other purpose;

Offer only those services which we perform well, and aid the client in finding assistance for the tasks which we are unable to perform.

New clients receives the first hour on a project free.

Referrals - Until the end of the year, anyone that refers a new client to ePro Services will receive 2 FREE hours of our time!

All charities and non-profit organizations receive a 15% discount.

Military personnel and family receive a 25% discount.
