I started Epro Services to help small to medium size companies develop successful email marketing programs to help them grow!

Many smaller companies don't have the staff or resources to devote to emailing and miss out on one of the most effective and affordable ways to increase their business.   It's easy to get overwhelmed when looking for solutions as there are so many options out there.   While low cost online mail services abound, don't expect much personalized attention or help learning the ropes.  On the face of it, sending email is easy, but there's a big difference between sending a personal email and gearing up to send to large groups of people.  Let me help you steer through the massive list of rules, recommendations, technical obstacles and procedural questions! 

I have over 5 years experience developing email campaigns, and designing and deploying emails.  Along the way I have learned strategies for getting emails delivered, building relationships with clients and creating successful campaigns that get results.  I can also help you understand and comply with the laws governing email marketing and advise you of industry recommended best practices to establish your sterling reputation as an emailer and make sure your emails are welcome and effective!   

I provide two basic levels of service:  full-service and DIY.  With the full-service option, I will sit down with you to come up with an email marketing plan tailored to your needs and then take care of all aspects of managing your contacts, sending your campaigns and providing you with reports.

With the DIY option, I will train you to use the full-featured and user-friendly Epro Services online email platform to create and send your own campaigns,  track results and manage your contacts.
